Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept either credit or debit card payments.
If you are shopping with a non-euro card, you will have the option to pay in euro or an advised amount in your own currency. If you elect to pay in euro, your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
TICKET ORDERS - returns policy
In the very unlikely event of a show being cancelled, we will of course issue a full refund for any tickets purchased or offer tickets for an alternative date, whichever is your preference.
Bookings for the show are made in real time. When you purchase tickets in real time, it means they can't be sold to other customers. Ticket sales are therefore non-refundable. They are however transferable (e.g. friends of yours can use them).
In the event of unavoidable reasons for cancellation on your part, please contact us as soon as possible to see whether we are in a position to issue refunds or tickets for alternative dates. This decision will be at the entire discretion of the booking office and will based primarily on whether we have turned away other bookings for the date you have purchased tickets for.
Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
You are entitled to cancel your order for merchandise and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
We do not ship to the following countries/regions: Balkans, Belarus, Burma/Myanmar, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic, Eritrea, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, North Korea, Republic of Congo, Republic of Guinea, Somalia, Sudan, Syria or Zimbabwe.
When confirmation of your order and payment is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we provide the service. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
